Las Cortes, Inc. is a corporation
that was authorized by the City Council on December 20, 2005, for the sole
purpose of creating affordable housing. Las Cortes, Inc. is currently the only Oxnard
based non-profit that produces affordable housing.
Las Cortes, Inc. is
involved in the development of three affordable housing projects: The Courts, which is the demolition and
replacement of 260 public housing units, Paseo Nuevo, a 72 unit affordable
rental housing project located in the Cypress Neighborhood and Cuesta
del Mar, which is a 7 unit affordable housing project.
